I would use wired cameras and use wireless cameras only to reach places the wired ones cant go. then are dependent on how good your WiFi router is. At some point Wi Fi cameras will lose their connection to the Internet and have to reconnect, worst case they may fail to reconnect automatically and you may not realise they are down. I have got wired cameras running for nearly 2 years straight without as much as a reboot.

This being said,
online banking is still very much of a novelty to many and a viewed hazard to others. These arguments are no doubt going to continue for quite some time but in the meantime, it would not hurt for us to hear and closely examine both sides before making up our minds. It may be easier for us to just accept the inevitable but on the other healthy opinions and suggestions can only help to improve the situation.
